About the position You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and your main tasks will involve questions regarding invoices, order disputes, and support for our products and services. An important part of the role is to collaborate closely with the finance department to resolve invoice-related issues correctly and professionally. Who are you? You are solution-focused, responsible, and quality-conscious, with an easy ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and varied role. As a team player, you contribute to a positive and cohesive team while being self-driven and taking personal responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and used to handling multiple inquiries simultaneously. We also see that you

  • Have previous work experience (preferably in service or finance, but not a requirement).

  • Agree to a background check, including credit check.

  • Express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have worked in Salesforce and have experience in Microsoft-based IT environments.
